Artturi Puoskari’s practice is focused on transactions and corporate advisory. Artturi has deep expertise in private M&A, investments and debt financing. In addition to his corporate work, he advises our clients in real estate development and transactions. For example, Artturi has experience from acquisitions of real estate portfolios, complex refinancing structures and private equity driven M&A.

Artturi joined Byro from White & Case and previously worked as a Chief Operating Officer for a real estate fund.
