Julius Matilainen advises our clients on corporate transactions with particular emphasis on private equity mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions as well as corporate restructurings and reorganisations. He also regularly advises on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.​ Julius focuses particularly on transactions within technology, energy, construction, retail, and heavy industry sectors. ​

Julius joined Byro from Bird & Bird’s corporate team. Julius also has in-house experience from a Nordic agricultural cooperative.
