Overview

Oskar Gotthardt advises our clients on dispute resolution, particularly within technology, construction, heavy industry and energy sectors. Oskar’s dispute resolution practice focuses especially on arbitration, and he has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under e.g. ICC, LCIA, SCC and FAI rules and as an arbitrator in institutional and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings. Oskar also has notable experience from corporate advisory, start-up and growth funding, and capital markets transactions.

Oskar has previously worked as a Litigation Counsel with Baker Hughes, as a Co-Head of Dispute Resolution at Dottir, as Senior Associate at Roschier, and as a Visiting International Arbitration Counsel at General Electric.
