Paulus Orispää advises our clients on M&A transactions and corporate governance. In addition to transactional work, his practice extends to various commercial and technology matters, including matters pertaining to information security, compliance, sourcing, and sales. Paulus also has notable in-house experience from a significant real estate development and holding company.

Prior to joining Byro, Paulus worked as a Legal Counsel at Senaatti-kiinteistöt and as an Associate at Itäinen & Ojantakanen Attorneys and Kotka & Co Attorneys.
